Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the mhm app and website. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Who can use mhm
You must be at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms, with a parent's or guardian's permission where your local law requires it. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email or Apple ID secure.
How mhm works
mhm lets connected people set private signals. A match happens only when both people choose the same signal while it is active. A match shows shared interest; it is not consent to anything. Always respect the other person's choices, in mhm and outside it.
Acceptable use
Do not use mhm to harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit anyone; create signals that are sexual involving minors, hateful or illegal; send spam or automated requests; or try to discover another person's unmatched signals, interfere with the service or bypass its limits. You can block or report a connection at any time. We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the custom signals, names and other content you create. You give us permission to store and display that content to the people you share it with, only as needed to run mhm.
mhm plus and Partner Pass
Core matching is free. mhm plus is an optional purchase made through the App Store, under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. Prices, trials and offers are shown in the App Store before you buy. A Partner Pass shares some mhm plus benefits with one accepted connection. The purchaser can revoke a pass at any time. A pass can be moved to someone else 30 days after it was accepted. A pass is not a transferable credit and has no cash value. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Availability and changes
We work to keep mhm available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Notifications, widgets and Live Activities depend on your device and operating system. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of material changes to these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
mhm is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
