Common questions

Can the other person see my signals?

No. A signal is visible only to you until you both choose the same signal while it's active.

I can't sign in.

Check your inbox and spam folder for the sign-in email. It has both a link and a six-digit code. Use either one, but only from the latest email.

I'm not getting match notifications.

Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → mhm and make sure notifications are allowed.

How do I manage or cancel mhm plus?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase, open mhm → Settings → mhm plus → Restore.

How do I remove, block or report someone?

Long-press their avatar on Home, or open their space options, and choose Remove, Block or Report. They aren't notified.

How do I delete my account?

Open mhm → Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Safety

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. To report abuse on mhm, use Report in the app or email safety@mhmtoo.app.
